Keinginan untuk mempelajari rahasia dari bahan misterius ini, banyak peradaban lain memohon dengan sangat kepada penduduk Atlantis untuk membagi pengetahuan mereka, tetapi mereka menolaknya, menutup pintu mereka untuk orang asing. Orang-orang yang tetap memaksa, secara brutal dimusnahkan oleh penduduk Atlantis. Pada akhirnya, penduduk Atlantis kehabisan semua persediaan 4 kristal, bahan mentah untuk Oriharukon. Rasa haus mereka untuk kristal-kristal tersebut membawa kehancuran untuk 4 peradaban terhebat (Yellow River, Lembah Indus, Mesopotamia, dan Mesir), dan membuat mereka berencana menguasai dunia untuk menemukan kristal yang lain. Tetapi kesombongan dan keserakahan penduduk Atlantis hanya mengantarkan mereka kepada kematian. Ketika mereka kehilangan kontrol dari kekuatan gaib yang diciptakan dari Oriharukon, Atlantis lenyap dalam sekejap. Tetapi, sisa dari Oriharukon masih ada.

At Last Month For " Wajib LaPor SPT"
Akhir Maret sebagai batas waktu penyampaian SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi benar-benar tinggal dalam hitungan hari. Oleh karena itu, idealnya saat ini Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi mulai mempersiapkan diri untuk mengisi SPT Tahunan, meski terdapat perpanjangan waktu penyampaian SPT Tahunan. Sehingga, penyampaian SPT tidak melampaui batas waktu yang telah ditentukan.
Langkah pertama yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengisi dan menyampaikan SPT Tahunan tentunya adalah memilih SPT Tahunan yang tepat. Boleh jadi karena perubahan kondisi keuangan, jenis SPT yang harus disampaikan Wajib Pajak di tahun ini berbeda dari tahun lalu. Oleh karena itu Wajib Pajak perlu mencermati kondisi keuangannya, lalu menentukan SPT yang sesuai dengan kondisi itu berdasarkan ketentuan perpajakan yang terkini.
Hingga saat ini, masih terdapat 3 (tiga) jenis SPT Tahunan PPh Orang Pribadi (selanjutnya disebut SPT), yaitu Formulir 1170, 1770S, dan 1770SS. Sebagaimana diinformasikan dalam Peraturan Dirjen Pajak No. PER-34/PJ/2009 yang telah diubah dengan PER-66/PJ/2009, peruntukkan masing-masing SPT-SPT tersebut adalah:
* Formulir 1770 untuk Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang menjalankan usaha/pekerjaan bebas. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang menjalankan pekerjaan bebas adalah pengacara, aktuaris, konsultan, penilai, akuntan, notaris, dokter, dan arsitek.;
* Formulir 1770S untuk Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang bekerja di satu atau lebih pemberi kerja dengan penghasilan bruto di atas Rp60 juta/tahun;
* Formulir 1770SS untuk Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang bekerja di satu pemberi kerja dengan penghasilan bruto tidak lebih dari Rp60 juta/tahun dan tidak memiliki penghasilan lain, kecuali penghasilan berupa bunga bank dan/atau koperasi.
Benar, Lengkap dan Jelas
Setelah menentukan jenis SPT yang tepat, langkah selanjutnya yang perlu dilakukan adalah mengisi SPT itu sendiri. Pengisian SPT pada dasarnya merupakan suatu hal yang mudah. Dalam hal ini Wajib Pajak hanya perlu memastikan bahwa SPT yang diisi telah benar, lengkap dan jelas.
1. Benar
SPT dikatakan benar jika perhitungannya sudah benar, termasuk benar dalam penerapan ketentuan perundang-undangan perpajakan, benar dalam penulisan, dan sesuai dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya. Misalnya, apakah penghasilan yang dilaporkan sudah sesuai dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya atau belum? Dan apakah penghitungan pajak yang terutang atas penghasilan yang dilaporkan telah benar atau belum berdasarkan ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku?
Lalu ketika kita sudah memastikan bahwa SPT yang diisi telah benar secara material, kita juga harus memastikan bahwa SPT yang juga benar secara formal. Misalnya, sudah sesuaikah identitas yang tertera pada bukti-bukti potong dengan identitas pada kartu NPWP? Jika tidaksesuai, bukti potong (Formulir 1721-A1 atau bukti potong yang lain) yang tersedia dapat tidak diakui sebagai kredit pajak yang notabene berfungsi mengurangi PPh akhir tahun.
2. Lengkap
SPT dikatakan lengkap jika telah memuat semua unsur yang berkaitan dengan objek pajak dan unsur-unsur lain yang harus dilaporkan dalam SPT. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan unsur-unsur lain di sini termasuk penghasilan yang tidak termasuk objek pajak, penghasilan yang dikenakan PPh Final, kekayaan, kewajiban, dan keterangan-keterangan lainnya.
Sebagian Wajib Pajak cukup memahami bahwa seluruh penghasilan yang merupakan objek pajak harus dilaporkan dalam SPT. Yang seringkali dilupakan adalah melaporkan penghasilan yang bukan objek pajak seperti warisan atau hibah dari orang tua dan penghasilan yang telah dikenakan PPh Final. Memang benar kedua jenis penghasilan tersebut tidak mempengaruhi besarnya pajak terutang. Meski demikian, penghasilan-penghasilan tersebut tetap wajib dilaporkan pada SPT. Karena jika tidak dilaporkan, atas kekayaan yang bersumber dari penghasilan yang bukan objek pajak atau dikenakan PPh Final dapat dianggap bersumber dari penghasilan yang dikenakan pajak.
Kemudian, Wajib Pajak perlu melakukan rekonsiliasi pendapatan dengan kekayaan dan kewajiban serta penghitungan menggunakan pendekatan biaya hidup. Hal ini untuk mengetahui secara dini tingkat kewajaran dari penambahan harta Wajib Pajak.
3. Jelas
SPT dikatakan jelas jika telah melaporkan asal-usul atau sumber dari objek pajak dan unsur-unsur lain yang harus dilaporkan dalam SPT. Contohnya jika Wajib Pajak melaporkan sejumlah aset dalam kelompok daftar harta, Wajib Pajak harus menjelaskan saat perolehan aset beserta nilai perolehannya. Dan jika aset tersebut diperoleh secara kredit, Wajib Pajak sebaiknya mencantumkan klausul ‘kredit’ pada kolom keterangan yang tersedia pada daftar harta. Kemudian bersamaan dengan hal ini, Wajib Pajak perlu menginformasikan saldo hutang.
Wajib Pajak juga perlu menjelaskan apakah penghasilan yang diterima atau diperolehnya merupakan penghasilan yang dikenakan PPh Final atau tidak. Sehingga dapat diketahui dengan jelas asal-usul objek pajak. Seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, penghasilan yang dikenakan PPh Final tidak mempengaruhi pajak terutang atau penghitungan ulang tidak perlu dilakukan.
Tips Pengisian SPT
Setelah menentukan jenis formulir SPT yang benar dan menyadari pentingnya mengisi SPT secara akurat, lengkap, dan jelas, hal berikut patut untuk diperhatikan:
a.Segera dapatkan bukti potong
Dengan segera mendapatkan bukti potong, Wajib Pajak dapat segera mengecek kebenaran dari informasi yang tertera pada bukti potong tersebut. Contohnya, NPWP, jumlah dan jenis penghasilan, serta PTK. Seandainya tidak benar, Wajib Pajak masih memiliki waktu untuk meminta pembetulan.
Hal lainnya adalah Wajib Pajak dapat memaksimalkan pengkreditan pajak atas penghasilan yang telah dipotong sebelum pelaporan SPT. Pengkreditan bukti potong yang sudah benar namun diterima setelah pelaporan SPT hanya dapat dilakukan dengan pembetulan SPT. Namun hal ini sudah barang tentu akan mengakibatkan kelebihan pembayaran pajak.
b.Maksimalkan jumlah tanggungan dengan menyesuaikan pada kondisi awal tahun
Seringkali, jumlah PTKP yang diperhitungkan pemotong pajak lebih kecil dari jumlah PTKP maksimal yang dapat diperhitungkan oleh Wajib Pajak. Hal ini antara lain disebabkan PTKP yang diperhitungkan oleh pemotong pajak bukanlah PTKP yang sesuai dengan keadaan di awal tahun. Oleh karena Wajib Pajak perlu meng-up date jumlah tanggungan karena erat kaitannya dengan jumlah PTKP yang merupakan hak Wajib Pajak dan untuk menjaga kesesuaian antara bukti potong yang diperhitungkan oleh pemotong pajak dan SPT yang dilaporkan;
c.Jangan lupa lampiri laporan keuangan serta keterangan lain
Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang menjalankan usaha/pekerjaan bebas dengan peredaran bruto setahun tidak lebih dari Rp4,8 Milyar setahun dapat memilih menggunakan NPPN (Norma Penghitungan Penghasilan Neto) untuk menghitung penghasilan netonya. Untuk Wajib Pajak ini hanya perlu melampirkan pencatatan peredaran bruto selama setahun. Sedangkan Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang menjalankan usaha/pekerjaan dan tidak menggunakan NPPN, wajib melampirkan laporan keuangan.
d.Jangan lupa perjanjian atas pinjaman yang pernah dilakukan
Untuk transaksi pinjaman dimana Wajib Pajak bertindak sebagai debitur atau kreditur, transaksi ini perlu diiringi dengan perjanjian atau dokumentasi tertulis. Hal ini penting untuk dilakukan agar Wajib Pajak yang berperan sebagai debitur memiliki bukti yang kuat dalam menjelaskan penggunaan dananya. Di sisi lain saat berperan sebagai kreditur, Wajib Pajak dapat menjelaskan asal muasal diperolehnya dana.
e.Hindari penggunaan rekening bank untuk menerima uang titipan dari pihak lain
Usaha ini penting untuk menghindari permasalahan yang dapat timbul pada saat pemeriksaan pajak. Dalam pemeriksaan pajak, aparat pajak dapat beranggapan bahwa semua penerimaan uang dalam rekening koran adalah penghasilan. Oleh karena itu jika Wajib Pajak menerima uang titipan dari pihak lain atau penerimaan lain di luar penghasilan, Wajib Pajak harus melakukan pembuktian.
f.Hindari penggunaan nama untuk kepemilikan aset pihak lain
Seperti tips sebelumnya, tips yang satu ini penting untuk menghindari permasalahan yang sangat mungkin timbul pada saat pemeriksaan pajak. Jika aparat pajak menemukan adanya dokumen kepemilikan aset yang mencantumkan nama Wajib Pajak yang sebenarnya bukan milik Wajib Pajak, aparat pajak dapat beranggapan bahwa Wajib Pajak belum melaporkan seluruh penghasilan yang diperoleh.
Atas semua isu yang telah dibahas sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketidaktepatan dalam pengisian dan pelaporan SPT dapat menimbulkan lebih bayar atau kurang bayar atau bahkan sanksi, dan karenanya Wajib Pajak perlu memberikan perhatian penuh atas hal tersebut. Kurang bayar akan dikenakan sanksi 2% per bulan (maksimal 48 persen) sementara keterlambatan pelaporan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp100 ribu per SPT
Menyiapkan SPT, bagi sejumlah Wajib Pajak, mungkin bukan hal yang mudah untuk dilakukan sendiri. Karenanya menjadi bijaksana untuk bertanya dan meminta bantuan kepada orang yang tepat, misal jasa konsultan pajak, sebagai kuasanya. Saat memutuskan hal ini, jangan lupa sertakan surat kuasa yang sesuai dengan peraturan pajak yang berlaku agar SPT yang disampaikan tidak dianggap sebagai SPT yang tidak lengkap.

Dalam pemeriksaan pajak, aparat pajak dapat beranggapan bahwa semua penerimaan uang dalam rekening koran adalah penghasilan. Oleh karena itu jika Wajib Pajak menerima uang titipan dari pihak lain atau penerimaan lain di luar penghasilan, Wajib Pajak harus melakukan pembuktian.
f.Hindari penggunaan nama untuk kepemilikan aset pihak lain
Seperti tips sebelumnya, tips yang satu ini penting untuk menghindari permasalahan yang sangat mungkin timbul pada saat pemeriksaan pajak. Jika aparat pajak menemukan adanya dokumen kepemilikan aset yang mencantumkan nama Wajib Pajak yang sebenarnya bukan milik Wajib Pajak, aparat pajak dapat beranggapan bahwa Wajib Pajak belum melaporkan seluruh penghasilan yang diperoleh.
Atas semua isu yang telah dibahas sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketidaktepatan dalam pengisian dan pelaporan SPT dapat menimbulkan lebih bayar atau kurang bayar atau bahkan sanksi, dan karenanya Wajib Pajak perlu memberikan perhatian penuh atas hal tersebut. Kurang bayar akan dikenakan sanksi 2% per bulan (maksimal 48 persen) sementara keterlambatan pelaporan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp100 ribu per SPT
Menyiapkan SPT, bagi sejumlah Wajib Pajak, mungkin bukan hal yang mudah untuk dilakukan sendiri. Karenanya menjadi bijaksana untuk bertanya dan meminta bantuan kepada orang yang tepat, misal jasa konsultan pajak, sebagai kuasanya. Saat memutuskan hal ini, jangan lupa sertakan surat kuasa yang sesuai dengan peraturan pajak yang berlaku agar SPT yang disampaikan tidak dianggap sebagai SPT yang tidak lengkap.

Other strategy About "DotA Allstar"
Semalam aku udah latihan, yang sebelumnya disarankan oleh sepupu aku untuk play well di dota, ternyata sebenarnya karakter Hero itu tidak sepenuhnya membantu teamwork dalam bermain tetapi intinya adalah masing masing individu dalam bermain harus memberikan peranan yang sangat baik, ya setidaknya dia bisa mempertahankan lane nya agar tidak di serang musuh dan selain itu juga harus memiliki inisiatif untuk men-
support timnya jika dalam bahaya.
ok, aku memang ngga jagoan maen dota, tapi ini strategi yang aku dapat dari para master2 dota, kalau memang mau menjadi dota expert.
caranya adalah :
awal awal bermainlah dengan membunuh creep kita sendiri, dan lakukan pukulan last kill untuk musuh, artinya kita harus membunuh unit kita sendiri dan memukul unit musuh yang bener bener sekarat, agar pasukan musuh banyak menyerang kita, artinya jika pasukan kita kita bunuhin sendiri, akibatnya hero musuh akan kekurangan uang, dan experience, selain itu, uang kita akan lebih banyak nantinya, lakukan hal seperti itu sampai di dekat tower kita, dan pada saat itu, kita harvest uang yang banyak sambil mempush musuh, jika kita sudah terlalu jauh, lakukan strategi yang tadi.
untuk melakukan itu membutuhkan latihan yang serius, karna kita harus menekan beberapa tombol sambil mengklik musuh, untuk membunuh pasukan sendiri saja kita harus menekan A dan slalu menekan Alt untuk melihat status darah musuh, jadi intinya banyak banyak latian aja yah.
jadi intinya adalah
semakin dekat dengan tower musuh, berarti semakin besar kemungkinan kita kena Bokong dengan hero musuh dari belakang, semakin dekat kita dengan tower kita berarti semakin aman / semakin kecil kemungkinan kena serang dari belakang.
dan yang harus di fikirkan adalah, bagaimana caranya agar pasukan musuh selalu berada di dekat tower kita ?? he he he, u know lah the answer.
